Steps for Meditation
Breathe in counting to ten, saying in your mind that you are bringing the highest holy (oxygen) in through the crown of your head
Then hold for ten, saying in your mind that you are holding and dispersing that holy breath throughout your body.
Then blow out for ten, saying in your mind that you are blowing out the negative that the plants/ecosystem needs to breathe in (co2).
And then do it nine more times....
The first group of ten will download the good energy/information into the top of your head, your right brain and your left, and all the holes in your head.
The second group of ten will cleanse/disseminate the data into your mouth and your tongue and your throat..
Send the energy down through your body
The third group of ten will cleanse/instruct your arms/hands, your trunk and your internal trunk organs.
The fourth arms and your hands and your fingers
The fifth your spine and your sexual organs
The sixth will your bowels/all digestion parts
The seventh your thighs/(strength)
The eighth your legs/( your actions)
The ninth will bring down all the energy into your feet.
The tenth time will send it out of your being and into the earth where you stand and connect to all that is alive
One more set is for good measure, for extra mile energy... that is where we all need to be now, those who want to remain strong. We must choose to go the extra mile, on behalf of everything good. The extra mile is all in your head... do one more set of breaths and tell yourself that you are adding to the good on behalf of the whole world....your breaths are numbered, and it is holy to share them in service to your fellow man/woman/child. You will immediately experience less depression and less confusion. When it returns, do it again… repeat through the day... works even if you are on meds, but more slowly.

Meditation Today
What great reviews I got across the country for my special!!! Very nice 54th birthday present for a tired old lady such as yours truly is today.
Meditating today (Shabbat...seventh day) brings energy for the entire week... lasting til next sat....consuela, you said you felt the connection...when you do it the next time, you must incorporate slowing down your pulse by a few beats...count it before and after....posts about meditation are good but not what I practice...I practice the "Lord's Prayer" meditation...it is as good as any other and its familiar to us so that is a good thing...
"Our father who art in heaven" means:
"Energy of creation, which lives in my highest thought"....
"hallowed be thy name" means:
"who gives me the power to unite my right and left brain's functions"
"thy Kingdom come thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven" means:
"I merge with the power of the holy, and give up my separateness from it in the service of uniting spirit and matter."
"Give us this day our holy bread, and deliver us from evil, for thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever...amen" means:"
"We are the cup,and the cup contains all the power of what fills it...We are not just human, but we contain God"
Amen means:
"agreed and sealed"
Doing this meditation removes discord and brings unity of the soul mind body and earth.

Meditation Troubles?
For people who are trying the meditation I am posting here and having trouble: Let me demonstrate it here before you try it again... it shouldn't take more than TEN minutes! I think I need to just show you and I will do that next week...until then, try it just breathing shallow and normal, not big deep breaths or you will get light headed...
I better just show you!! Its hard when you are just writing things...without demonstrating them. This meditation is different than others, and any of them can work... find one that you can do effortlessly.

Meditation Breathing
For meditation breathing...kawnswellah and others...just breathe normally, but count to ten while you are drawing the breath in. Then hold it calmly for ten, then blow out for ten.. no one should be able to tell that you are altering your breathing at all...make it so calm that it is noticeable only to you. By doing this, you are opening your mind's middle path. The middle is when you are holding the breath, and not breathing in or out, just for a quick ten count. While you are holding in the middle of this three part breath exercise...think about the breath being god's breath.

Meditation Breathing - Step Two
for kawnswellah and other meditators:
STEP TWO...
(See meditation post below for step one - middle path)
Take a cleansing breath in then out... then... begin the three part exercise of breath, when you are breathing in for ten, think about the crown of your head being a computer that is downloading all the holy information that exists...then while holding, think about containing that holy info that scans your body to rid it of any virus... when releasing for ten count, think about passing the sacred info into the natural world, where all green things need it in order to breathe...(they breathe in what we breathe out). This reconciles opposites and strengthens your middle.
When your middle (cup) is full, your need to share will grow stronger.

Basic Meditation
Look in the mirror naked. Criticize your body like you were a beauty contestant judge. say the same things to yourself that you would think about another person who looks just like you. post your naked pics on the net and see what people say about you. This is the meditation for humility, and compassion. Invite your loved ones to laugh at you, and accept their fat jokes graciously. As soon as that happens, call me and I will join up with you.
